How does Tunz AI work?

Our SaaS tool is super easy to use and navigate. After you create an account you are good to go to start creating your fully customised scenario based sales interviews or training simulations

We are already using AI to screen CVs, why do I need you?

First of all, CV screening is not a silver bullet, CVs are not predictive of great on the job performance and you may wrongly pass on a great candidate if you only look at CVs. Secondly, after CV screening, you still need to interview multiple candidates or various rounds to ensure you test expertise, soft skills and cultural fit. Our approach is that you can focus on the soft skills and cultural fit, while letting our tool take care of the business or tech skill based interviews.

Is AI making hiring decisions?

No, human decision making is and will remain absolutely critical. After passing an AI-base interview, all structured feedback and key insights are shared (in addition to complete records) with HR and hiring managers for them to compare candidates in the pipeline and make an informed decision.

What about the candidate experience?

Candidate experience when applying is critical as a poor experience reflects badly on any company brand and image. We are convinced that our tool brings the best candidate experience, far better than traditional assessment centers, generic initial screeing calls or CV screening. In fact, after each interview, all applicants get high level feedback on their performance (what they did very well and some pointers on what they can improve), regardless of the outcome of the interview or hiring decision. Is my company too small to use a tool like you?

Does it need to be AI based and why do current tests not work well enough?

Current test (e.g. psychometric tests) are not relevant nor specific to individual companies or roles and therefore are too generic to provide the level of insights needed to gauge a candidate's futur on the job performance.
