Our SaaS tool is super easy to use and navigate. After you create an account you are good to go to start creating your fully customised scenario based sales interviews or training simulations
First of all, CV screening is not a silver bullet, CVs are not predictive of great on the job performance and you may wrongly pass on a great candidate if you only look at CVs. Secondly, after CV screening, you still need to interview multiple candidates or various rounds to ensure you test expertise, soft skills and cultural fit. Our approach is that you can focus on the soft skills and cultural fit, while letting our tool take care of the business or tech skill based interviews.
No, human decision making is and will remain absolutely critical. After passing an AI-base interview, all structured feedback and key insights are shared (in addition to complete records) with HR and hiring managers for them to compare candidates in the pipeline and make an informed decision.
